What's the best place in the Twin Cities to buy some great dark chocolate covered sea salt caramels?

Is this something like what you had in mind?

They call to me from Lunds, Byerlys and almost all the co-ops, both in the bar and individual bite form

Otherwise, Golden Fig on Grand Ave in St. Paul has a pretty nice selection of individually wrapped caramels. I've seen something like what you seek, but it's been a while.

Thank you for the tip. I forgot about the Golden Fig, too. Will definitely check it out. I do love those Lunds bare but was looking for something for a gift, so Golden Fig might just be the place.

Surdyks has several options, some much spendier than BT.

Patisserie 46 does "artisan caramels", they are amazing. I have had them at events, not sure what they stock in store, but worth a call.
