Charcuterie Netting

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knew of any place to purchase charcuterie netting in MTL. Was thinking of butchershop hopping but I live in the west island and this would be very inconvenient.

Thanks

Something wrong with just using cheese cloth or tying it up yourself with butcher's twine? I'm also a big charcuterie nut out in the west island. :)

If you're dead set on that then maybe hit up the charcuterie places as suggested, but I've never really seen anything tied up with that stuff.

Josh, I don't know if they have any but you can always try Ares or Kitchen's Choice (the old Ares location) that are both located in the West Island. As Hala said, try one of the many sausage places in the WI that make their sausages in house, there are plenty. i.e Warta, Bernoise, M-D, etc..

Sorry, never bought that. I would call butchers to see if they carry it. Or, call places that make charcuterie and see if they would sell you some.
