Porchetta at Buon Italia - Chelsea Market

Oh. Oh My. Go all the way back to the salumi counter and you'll see it. Crunchy brown skin that the gentle (Latino, not Italian) counter man slices off to your specifications. I'd say 1 1/2 inches at about $8 - 10 slice is a hearty meal for one with vegetables. $16.95 per lb. Warm in oven for a few minutes each side. Skin is almost hard pork candy.
