gets a thumbs up from my ds on their sushi all you can eat. I can't eat sushi right now due to carbs and sashami is not for me but he is a sushi fan and loved it. Ice cream too.

Where in Eastchester is it? My teenaged athlete son is a huge sushi fan, and would probably put them out of business!

It is in that small shopping strip on Mill Road near Stop and Shop.

not much of a sushi eater, but of all foods- this is probably the least appealing to be offered as all you can eat. Especially after seeing what the "best" chefs will or will not use for ingredients, and how fresh it is supposed to be.

This one had good quality fish. The one on Central Avenue my son did not like. They make the sushi to order.

I have been to some good AYCE sushi places. The ones I have been to always made it to order. Never heard of ones that pre-made. Not like supermarket sushi that can sit for hours getting cold and soggy.

One thing about AYCE sushi places is that popular ones sell a lot of fish. So they get good quality, fresh fish.

I wonder how good it is when last night they had two customers at 7:30pm on a Saturday night? All the other restaurants in the area were pretty much packed.

I passed by Sushi Castle one night and they were about half full. For what it's worth every table was occupied by an Asian family, they also deliver.
Off topic did you end up ordering your TG turkey from Kam Sen? I was unanimously voted down!

I did get the 10-12 lb. roasted turkey from Kam Sen. A very good turkey! Juicy, and rubbed down on the inside with Chinese spices and herbs. Very flavorful. And the stock I made with the carcass was excellent.

Thank you for the report. I had not been bowled over by their duck so I didn't push. I would like to try one for sure now though...maybe not for TG.
