Hi. A friend and I will be in Seattle in March. We're looking for interesting Asian cuisine; we're both adventurous eaters. Recommendations welcome--or pointers to previous threads.
Here are a couple threads that may be helpful. Some included posts are dated but still relevant. Generally speaking, the suburbs east of Seattle are stronger for Chinese and Indian cuisines.
RG, I suggest trying Long's Provincial. (You'll be a long, long way from PF Chang's....)
