I like Kabobji on 163rd street in North Miami Beach or Aventura. I am from Detroit where there a quite a few good Middle Eastern restaurants. The owner is also from the Detroit area and the food is similar to the Middle Eastern restaurants I know and miss from Detroit.

Will check this one out. I've visited some of those places in Detroit and thinking about them has made me very hungry!

I have not been, but I have some Lebanese friends who swear by Maroosh in Coral Gables, so it might be worth looking into.

Not necessarily strictly Lebanese, but generally Middle Eastern, I'd second Kabobji; Maroosh is decent; I'd also add Daily Bread (cafeteria style service), Mandolin Aegean Bistro, Jerusalem Deli. I've heard good things about Le Pine in Bal Harbour, and Oriental Bakery on Coral Way.

I won't go to Kabobji. Last time there baker dropped pita bread on the floor and put it back in oven!

Not really a restaurant Noors Bakery has 4 tables but mostly takeout.

Further North you have Al Salam and Kuluck. Both on Sunrise just East of University.
