Does anyone know of restaurants that will be open on Christmas Day? I'm looking for a restaurant for dinner, near either Pasadena or Silver Lake or anywhere in between. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Open Table.com has a list look under Christmas day Los Angeles.

Thank you OscarFox and wienermobile. I checked out the open table link. Looks like a lot of chains mostly. Hotel restaurants are a good option, too.

I tried to make reservations at the Royce at the Langham in Pasadena but there were no reservations available. I'm OK with that because it was upwards of $125 per person.

    2. Chinese restaurants in SGV.

it's a great tradition for new york jews (like me) to eat chinese food on christmas day.
many non-observant jews like myself will be in the SGV on christmas day.

Thanks. My mom looked into Din Tai Fung, but they will be closed on Christmas. I'm not really familiar with the area. Do you have any recommendations for Chinese restaurants in SGV? On the same level or better than Din Tai Fung?

What do you want/like to eat?

          3. Your choice will be limited to a few hundred Chinese restaurants in the San Gabriel Valley. Vietnamese restaurants will be open, too.
