Vegan in search of Chow Mein Noodles south of Palo Alto.

  • 1

Hi,
We have a family member suddenly turn Vegan lately so I am looking for a brand of Chow Mein noodles that are egg-free. I know, it's an oxymoron, but does not hurt asking....

I would not want to completely eliminate this recipe from my cooking because daughter, who is usually picky, has taken a liking to these, almost on the cue.

I am in Palo Alto area, can go south till Sunnyvale, and my accessible grocery stores are: Whole Foods, TJ's, Sprouts, Safeway, Albertson's and I do buy online from Amazon.com. Open to any other online stores that do not charge arm-and-leg for shipping.

  1. Hi,
I know these aren't exactly like typical chow mein noodles, but I have had them and they are quite good, not to mention vegan. http://www.ohanafood.com/pro_noodles_...
I have found them at Whole Foods, in the refrigerated vegetarian/vegan section. Hope this helps!
