  1. I guess it depends on your definition of moderate, and whether you need reservations (which I think is a good idea if you don't want to risk a very long wait with a group that size).

    A few I'd consider: Cinquecento (Italian), Estragon (Spanish), Petit Robert (French), Vejigantes (Puerto Rican), Union (American), Myers & Chang (pan-Asian), Estelle's (Southern), J.J. Foley's Cafe (Irish-American pub).

      that's a great list MC. I took a group of 6 to Myers and Chang recently and was happily surprised by how reasonable the tab was.

    2. If you want to try something different, take a look at Teranga. Very tasty Senegalese food, not expensive.

        i agree with myers and chang,teranga, & jj foleys---- the others can run your tab up( an extremely helpful tip, once you book a party( pre or..,,) is to,let the know what your expectations, etc etc,,, are...
        this has ( for us) saved 300 headaches!,
