Does anyone know of a decent pizza buffet North of LBJ in the Dallas / Plano / McKinney / Allen / Anna or any point North area ?

Please skip the Chuck E Cheese, Cici's etc. looking for something where the pizza is the reason for going rather than the party or cheapo price.

Double Daves is ho-hum at best and Mama's isn't worth the price of parking (sic).

Mr. Gatti's have been hit and miss and Pizza Inn's I've been to look dingy and dirty inside, let alone finding someone who speaks english.

ANyone know of a Shakeys Pizza around, anywhere in the Metroplex ?

Thanks for the help ;)

Although it is not a pizza buffet, I recently had a very poor slice at Lucianos Slice of New York in Plano. This place must've changed owners because it is not near as good as it used to be.

THE BEST PIZZA AND THE BEST FAMILY OWNED RESTAURANT IN DALLAS IS CAMPISI'S, THE ORIGINAL NOT THE OTHER LOCATIONS. IF YOU WANT TO EAT AT A PLACE THAT DOSENT HAVE THE CORPORATE SMELL HANGING OVERHEAD, THEN EAT THERE. THIS PLACE MAKES ME GLAD I LIVE IN DALLAS. THE FINEST SIRLION THIS SIDE OF THE MISSISSIPPI. THEY HAVE BEEN AWARDED TIME AND TIME AGAIN, BY THE OBSERVER, D MAGAZINE AND MANY OTHERS. SO WHY SOME PEOPLE TRY TO TALK NONSENSE ABOUT IT, TEXANS HAVE VOICED THEIR OPINION ABOUT CAMPISIS, THEY LOVE IT AND CANT GET ENOUGH OF IT.

The only good thing about Campisi's is Amber Campisi, the owner's daughter, who was a Playboy playmate. Otherwise, their food and pizza is overrated and suffers from "good ole days" syndrome.

Papa's Pizza in Addison has a lunch buffet which is pretty solid. It's a small buffet but the pizza has always been fresh and a good selection.
