Around how long does a 14-15 pound turkey take?

My guess it is around 2:30 hour and thigh meat at 160 degree and then rest ?

  1. I allow about 15 minutes/pound for unstuffed birds, about 20 if you are stuffing it, which I do not recommend. Rest about 20 minutes

That long? My bird is in for 90 minutea and the thigh meat is 120 degree already

I never make unstuffed birds, but even stuffed they are always ready in 15 min to the pound or less.

    2. 160 is acceptable for white meat but dark should be 180-185. At 325F, 3-3/4 hrs unstuffed, 4 to 4-1/4 hrs stuffed

That's what the USDA recommends. If it's 14# unstuffed, 15 min per pound would be 3-1/2 hrs at 325F. OP's bird being between 14 and 15, it close to what YOU just recommended. Not to mention that nothing's written in stone.
If it's a caged broad-breasted white, it will take longer than a free-range uncaged, or heritage bird.

I know. But my experience is different.
