Cockentrice

Cockentrice - front end of a pig attached to the back end of a turkey. Well this is a different variation of the turducken. Overall an interesting look at a piece of food history I've never heard of before. http://www.theatlantic.com/technology...

    1. Wow, they are some funky looking dishes.

      1. I believe they made one on Heston's Feasts with Heston Blumenthal. Also on Time Machine Chefs (I did not make that up) a crappy ABC reality cooking show.
