Do you suffer from "snatiation"?

If you do, I suppose a hearty "Gesundheit!" is in order.

Is this for real? It looks like something from the Onion. Very strange!

Actually there are some people who have had bariatric surgery who sneeze when they get full at meals.

I'll be darned. I have never heard of this unusual condition--it's kind of funny but probably not if you are the afflicted!

Mrs. Potato had bariatric surgery a few months ago and we attend a monthly support group. You would be surprised the changes cutting most of your stomach out will cause!! LOL

My best friend has something like this. Midway through any and every meal her nose starts running. She doesn't sneeze but does have to get up several times during a meal to blow her nose. We've been friends for fifty years - since we were twelve - and she's always been like this. And it still pisses her off.

I never knew the name for what I have been doing for years! I always sneeze after a big meal, and my adult son gets a runny nose and congestion! Amazing - I just thought we were a little crazy!

Not the sneezing, just the congestion and runny nose. Dr's have explained it to me as a result of allergies. Usually, one eats with ones head down toward the plate causing the sinus cavities to fill and drain. Highly seasoned foods will exacerbate it.
