Best Way to reheat frozen risotto?
I had surgery 2 weeks ago and in anticipation I froze a bunch of meals, including a dish of butternut squash risotto. But what's the best way to reheat it? I'm afraid the oven will dry it out - should I try and do it stovetop? Add more liquid? It's been defrosting in the fridge overnight so I'm not sure it's totally thawed out. Thanks.
