Really good Southwestern food [Tucson]

Come on! There have to be some good southwestern places in Tucson. Where do a couple of out-of-staters go? And for good authentic pork tacos?

If you mean Mexican food, there are lots of threads on that. But if you mean New American, Southwest-influenced that's a different question. A couple of places that used to do that well are gone, but a relatively new and tasty option is Epazote.

Poco and Mom's is a mom-and-pop New Mexican cafe at 22 St x Kolb - casual, friendly, inexpensive, and delicious. It's Southwestern, with lots of hatch chilies.
