Delivery options in Woodley Park?

My wife will be holed up in Omni Shoreham for a few days, and I'd love to arm her with some good ethnic spots that deliver - ideally Thai, but Indian and Vietnamese also great. Any suggestions?

Right by the hotel on Connecticut Ave (before you hit the bridge going south) are a bunch of restaurants that will deliver if I remember correctly, incl. Byblos.

A little further away (near Adams Morgan) is The Regent, which is Thai and which I believe delivers, and delivers to the Omni.

When I lived in Woodley Park I ordered Chinese food from Mr. Chen's a lot. Their cold sesame noodles are great. Also I remember some sort of peking duck roll being good.

You should also see if Spices in Cleveland Park delivers. Lots of Asian variety there from curries to sushi. Nice choice.

Spices delivers, and does seem like what you're looking for, I'd start there. (I like it better than Beau Thai; haven't ordered from Chen's in years and years, it never seemed very good; can't speak to Regent Thai, but Spices is closer to the hotel, I think.) For Indian, likely Jyoti in Adams Morgan would deliver there. I think the Indian restaurant in Woodley Park isn't supposed to be very good?

Don't go to the Indian restaurants in Woodley Park---they are really mediocre if not flat out bad.

Jyoti might deliver. You can also check to see if Heritage India will deliver to you.

For Thai, I highly recommend ordering from Beau Thai Mount Pleasant. It's very close, and I'm sure they'll deliver. Outstanding Thai food.

I should also add that your wife should speak with the hotel concierge. If there's a place she wants to order from (either recommended here, or otherwise) and the place does not deliver but will do take-out there's no reason the concierge could not arrange for pickup.

Just something to keep in mind.

Siam House is excellent and pretty authentic Thai food and I know they deliver. They're in Cleveland Park but they probably deliver to Woodley.
