Sushi Restaurant in Westchester

Will be visiting family in Ardsly and wanted to take my daughter to a good Sushi Restaurant, we all prefer more traditional Sushi to fusion rolls. Bonus points if they have a nice non-sushi menu for the wife but not necessary. Any recommendations?

I've always had good experiences with Sazan's chirashi and sashimi (729 Saw Mill River Road). They do have traditional Japanese cooked entrees like katsu, teriyaki, and tempura, but the fish is the standout here.

Ichi Riki, Elmsford. More traditional. Excellent hot entrees in addition to the sushi.

I like Fujinoya on Central Avenue in Hartsdale.

Fujinoya was one of the ones I was thinking about

Sushi Mike's in Dobb's Ferry would be my choice for the west side of the County.

The best traditional sushi places don't have much cooked food. Azuma, Nasase, AOYU in Riverdale.

Send your wife out with my wife to the Chopped Salad place.
