Anyone have any advice on where to get the best burnt ends in the phoenix area?

Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Erich

I haven't had them in Phoenix, but, I recently noticed them on Dillon's online menu. http://www.dillonsrestaurant.com (limited availability). I've seen them advertised at Famous Dave's, also, but, I don't know if they're available in this market.

      Thanks!

I went today and was disappointed. The burnt ends were not really what I would call burnt ends. They were just normal chunks of brisket with one of their sauces on them.

On a positive note the onion rings were outstanding.

      Thank you again regardless.

I know that Porkopolis in Chandler has them on the menu as a starter. I've had them and thought they were very good (the sauce is fairly sweet)...but I'm not a burnt-end aficionado, so I can't testify to the authenticity.

You can ask for them at Brian's Black Mountain BBQ in Cave Creek. They are outstanding.
