Will this pork loin recipe work?
Ok, I am planning on stuffing a pork loin with spinach,feta,garlic,and mozzarella. In the roasting pan I was going to add onions, potatoes and, quartered apples. Will these tastes go together or do I need to omit the apples?
Hmmm... could work, not saying that it wouldn't. But, what about adding golden raisins to the stuffing? I think the sweet should be with the salty feta for that perfect "bite".
I'd rethink the mozzarella though ;-)
I'd probably omit the apple, though I do love apples, onions and potatoes roasted with pork. If you do decide to use them, please report back. I'm curious.
Go easy on the mozzarella.
