looking for fully loaded poutine

SomeRandomIdiot Nov 15, 2013 06:10 AM

I'm interested in more than just fries, curds and gravy. I want something along the lines of the hat trick from poutineville or the t rex from la banquise. Poutine topped with things like minced beef, hot dogs, bacon. it'd be sort of like the trainwreck fries from virgil's but covered in chunks of hot dog and gravy too. Any suggestions?

Just had the lunch special at the Himrod Eagle in Himrod NY,(think Finger Lakes), which was their version of Poutine.

Homemade fries, homemade chili with beans, mozzarella, and crispy fried onions.

I enjoyed it and portion was generous.

Mile End does a smoked meat poutine.

Or, you can hack your own by getting the regular poutine at Pommes Frites, walk over to Otto's Tacos and get some Carne Asada tacos. Combine the two.

Fries would be cold by the time you got to Otto's and they finally got around to your taco.
