One national writer said their smoked pork roast was the bomb. Anyone have any experience at this "southern" Texas BBQ joint?

Scott - Please put Willy Rays on your road trip schedule. No one seems to know anything about it except food writers in NYC.
I ordered the pork roast (shoulder apparently) mail order. I'll report.

I ate there in 2003. Had brisket and sausage with slaw and beans. It was one of the best BBQ meals I have had in Texas. City Market in Luling is still my favorite, but Willy Ray's was excellent.
