Outdoor dining options in Downtown Los Angeles

foodseek Nov 13, 2013 05:35 PM

I have read many helpful downtown threads but still need some suggestions for restaurants with outdoor seating which may allow us to be accompanied by a licensed therapy dog. We will be staying near 7th and Fig without a car. If need be there are Zipcars in the area we could rent for a few hours. My husband and I are easy to please and enjoy most cuisines-from ethnic to comfort foods. We will be spending some time for the next few months in the downtown area. So far, we have had meals outdoors at the Counter, Palm, and Border Grill. We were thrilled that there was no problem with our small dog being with us. I would hate to go somewhere that having the pet could pose a problem. So, I would appreciate suggestions of other outdoor downtown seating areas for dining. Thank you.

That's a great rec.... Went to a cooking class there once a while back. Food was lovely, outdoor space is very nice.
