Verjus (wine replacement-ish) & Vincotto

Anyone have any idea on where I can find Verjus & Vincotto in the toronto/richmond hill.

        Okay here's the scoop. I went to the cheese boutique today and found that they do have Verjus in stock as well as Vincotto you are looking for. see photos.. in the store near the veg counters there is a tower with all kinds on vinegars on it, that is wher you will find them.

      I don't know for sure, but I would think that Domino foods in the SLM would carry both.

        The Cookbook store used to sell it. Don't know whether they still do.

          Southbrook vineyards has been making and selling verjus for a long time as well as some other winemaking byproducts

          They had a stand all summer at the Brickworks farmers market but now that the market has moved indoors and there is less space I'm not sure if they are still doing it.
