Beef Suet or Tallow?

Does anyone know where I can get large quantities of beef suet to render into tallow for deep frying? Or even better, tallow?

I know healthy butcher has them for retail in small quantities, I'm hoping to find large quantities that can be put in a large deep fryer (restaurant style fryers).

    1. Most retail shops that cut from hanging meat are OK with giving away or sellling cheaply a pound or two. Not sure about the quantities of suet you're after.
