Moules - where best to eat or buy larger size

It seems like years since I had mussels that were really plump instead of the all shell/little meat type that seem to predominate nowadays. I realize it takes at least 18 months until they have grown enough to market, but does anyone know where larger sized mussels are served, and where they can be purchased?

    I've been pleased with the mussels that are available at Costco. Lots of mussels, but extras can be refrigerated/frozen and served over pasta.
