I was given a nice fresh batch of homemade fall pumpkin ravioli. What type of sauce would compliment that type of pasta? I was thinking sage butter with a grating of Parm on top. Any Ideas?

    Yep. Brown butter with sage.

Classic walnut sauce in reduction of chicken stock and cream

We recently tried coating them (flour/egg/breadcrumbs), frying them and serving them with a sage dip and liked them even more this way.

butter and sage is very classic and works great

Butter and sage is the usual. Perhaps pesto - of any sort - for something less predictable.

Sage, walnuts, parmesan, and cream or browned butter.

I make a gorgonzola cream sauce and top with crushed toasted filberts.
