Sauteed Tiger Shrimp ~ Toasted garlic, dried chili,

Pan Seared Salmon salad
Mixed greens, tri-colored peppers, red onion, Marcona almonds, toasted cashews, chimichuri-pesto vinaigrette

Bread Pudding French Toast
Brioche, seasonal macerated berries, vanilla bourbon sauce, fresh whipped cream

Grilled Vegetable Sandwich
Ciabatta, eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, piquillo, goat cheese, chipotle aioli.

Grilled Nueske Bacon BLAT
Toasted French country bread, lettuce, heirloom tomato, avocado, dijon aioli

the high point of the meal was the Bread Pudding French Toast.

the whole eating experience though, was short of what used to be available one block away at Lilly's French Cafe (RIP).
the food was good, but not as good as Lilly's used to be

they'd help themselves out a lot if
they found the bread purveyor that supplies Chaya Venice and
changed to them, and if
they increased the filling to bread ratio of the sandwiches
