AUSTIN: Chili Sauce Enchilcadas?

Tom P May 15, 2005 10:13 AM

I lived in Austin for 4 years but have not been there in almost 15. I am going to be there for one night this week and I yearn for some old fashioned, Tex-Mex Cheese Enchiladas with Chili Sauce, which are no where to be found in California where every enchilada has red sauce. I imagine my old favorites may not be around or may not be the best places to go anymore. Any recs on classic versions of this dish? No dive is too low! Thanks. (I'll be staying near 6th Street)
