Nothing came up Ina search, and I haven't heard anyone talk about it. Is that because it is horrible? Thoughts?

I have many friends who live on Sanibel and Captiva and I have never heard any of them mention it. That doesn't mean that it is necessarily terrible. It probably had a different name a year or two ago. Many restaurants change hands almost yearly out there.

It is an idiotic name IMNSHO

Thanks for the heads up. We will only have three nights total in FL and one is already booked at Fresh Catch Bistro before the island. Views and food, is that too much to ask? Lol

I go to Sanibel once a year, and I've never heard of it. It may be brand new, as mentioned. You're lucky to be at Sanibel though; there are a lot of great places to eat there. I love the Tuna steak at Lazy Flamingo, and the shrimp chowder at Green Flash (which is actually on Captiva).

I can recommend Over Easy for breakfast and Grandma Dot's for lunch. For dinner buy shrimp and steaks from Timbers and grill it yourself, if you can. I would stay away from McTs and Lighthouse.
