The Annual "Who's Open on Thanksgiving" (2013)

  • 7

Places I have hard of so far and any details I have heard. Some require or encourage reservations. Call for verifiation or more details. I usually recommend the hotel buffets, and making reservations ASAP.

Threadgills, Hoovers, Din Ho, Kerbey Lane (as always)
Texas Land and Cattle ($17.99 + $5.99 for dessert - looks lame)
Hyde Park B&G ($17.95/adult w/meat, $12.95 veggie)
Bucca de Beppo (Bucca style turkey/fixings + regular menu)
Estancia Churrascaria (turkey/fixings + regulars)
Fogo de Chao (regular menu, at least)
Hudsons on The Bend (turkey + standard)
Kona Grill
Limestone Lounge ($19.95, reservations required)
Maggiano's (turkey, at least)
McCormick and Shmicks - Century Oaks (turkey, at least)
Roaring Forks (turkey + standard)
The Russian House (AYCE traditional Thanksgiving fare - Russian?)
The Salty Sow
Urban (Prime rib special)
Alamo Drafthouse (7 courses spread over Lord of the Rings Trilogy)
Third Bases
Flying Saucer
Trulucks - Arboretum
The Bakehouse

I'm sure there's plenty more. It seems more restaurants are open Thanksgiving than a decade ago. My (fictitious) restaurant be open, that's for sure. Except to feed family and friends.
