Pumpkin Gnocchi for Thanksgiving - Recipe I can freeze
I have a beautiful pumpkin that is reported to be the preferred type for making gnocchi. I would like to make pumpkin gnocchi for Thanksgiving but I want to make it ahead of time and freeze it. Will boiled gnocchi freeze well for subsequent sauteing in sage butter on THE day? Also, does anyone have a favorite (as in fool proof) recipe they would like to share?
