        Underwhelmed. This was my third time and won't rush back. Chicken was good, but I think Brentwood and Ivy are as good.$39 for a breast, leg and thigh with squash and Mac and cheese is a lot. They would not allow us to sub a veg or even fries for the am even though we said we would skip it. Drinks are small. Good,not great and very expensive for what you get.

          That is interesting. I made their chicken recipe for a special dinner and we all agreed it was good, but not great.

              Thanks for the report, Thor123...even if disappointing it is helpful to read.
              I never tried Buchon's or the much heralded Farm Shop's birds.
              Fried Chicken is one of these things that is hard to completely fuck-up (even so-so fried chicken is better than no fried chicken) but even harder to do do better than a good home chef - preferably from the South - with a fryer and peanut oil and Mom's recipe.

                  Again, it was good, not great and also too pricey. Might have forgiven the price for the venue, but was really put off that for $39, we could not get any veg or fries instead of the mac. I know the subject of substitutions has been debated here, but we are talking fried chicken and mac.
