Identify this Staub?

There was a post about "fancy" cookbooks and it made me go through my way too large collection to see what I'd recommend. In my search I came across my copy of Asian Flavors of Jean-Georges, which I haven't used in a really long time. So I'm reading through it and one image has these awesome Staub pans that he is using for grilling satays - complete with coals and metal inverted baskets for the grill grate. I went to the Staub site and couldn't find them.

Has anyone seen these? He could have had them made custom for Spice Market, but I'm loving them right now. They could just be square roasters but then I need to track down those wire baskets to house the coals.

  1. I've never seen Staub brand ones but there's a lot of little table top charcoal yakitori grills on Amazon that would be similar.

    1. After lots of searching I'm pretty sure they are just the small staub roasters (about 5x3 inches) with some sort of basket that fits perfectly.

I did find several yakitori grills this site having the most (in case anyone else is looking)

But those baskets must have been custom made to fit, I can't find those anywhere.
