As seen through the lens of advertisers.

And, over @ 6th Floor:

I like the solicitation for slogans on the 6th floor webpage:

"We invite you to come up with a slogan or branding concept for these other tough-sell vegetables: peas, cauliflower, beet, cabbage or turnip. Submit your idea below. "

I submitted for cauliflower: "Add your own color!"
I imagine a campaign focusing on cauliflower's versatility and a blank canvas for culinary artists.

Have you seen romanesco cauliflower? The colors and shape make me think its a veg from another planet.

Romanesco is a beautiful creature! In New York I've had pizza topped with diff types of roasted cauliflower tops and lemon slices with just a hit of white cheese and it's delicious.

Yeah, romanesco cauliflower looks awesome...a mathematical fractal. It reminds me LSD-induced artwork from the early 70's.

Ah, but cauliflower already comes in purple and in golden yellow, and there's also broccoflower, whose florets are shaped the same as cauli but are the same bright green as romanesco. (They make for a gorgeous crudite platter!)
