Anyone know where potato bread can be purchased in the GTA? I believe it may not be available and I"ll have to bake my own. Then ,of course, I'll be looking for a good recipe. Haven't had any for over 60 years and I'd like it try it again.

Thanks youdonut: If My Market Bakery in Kensington Market is still around I could get some tomorrow. Bit of a long shot 6 years after the post:)

And Mrs Bridges British Bakery fer sure still has it.

      3. Longo's makes a nice potato bread....

        1. I'm not sure if you're in the GTA West area but they have potato bread at Highland farms and Starsky. There's also Ace Bakery Potato Chive focaccia ... I know it's mass market brand but I find their artisanal line not bad.

Thanks Nevy. My wife works close to Kensington and she has agreed to buy a loaf next time she goes by My Market. Of course if we get to Highland Farm before then we will buy it there. We go to the Highland Farm on Hurontario street about every 6 weeks. Might be tempted to go to Mrs Bridges but preferably not on the weekend.

Well we checked My Market and they sell potato sourdough bread but not straight potato bread
