How do you make the Pillsbury Grands Flaky Biscuit dough???

I've seen so many recipes with people using it and I'd really like to make them minus the shiat in the pillsbury doughs.

Google recipes using these key words "flaky biscuit recipe", there are 77,100 hits. One of them may fit your needs. Write down the ingredient list of the Pillsbury product the next time you are in the store minus the stuff you wish to exclude. Then see if you can match up a homemade recipe found on the 'net to what you wrote down.

If you want to make them from scratch, try Cooks Illustrated's flakey biscuits:

If you want something simple, buy Trader Joe's. Better ingredients than Pillsbury.
