Pork fat

I need to find a local source for pork fat/fatback for sausage making. Any suggestions? I will travel…

  1. I just noticed yesterday, while browsing their website - Crescent Ridge Dairy has fatback, 3 pounds for $10.

    Actually, any of the farmers who sell pork at the area farmer's markets - Stillman's, among others - should be able to sell you some fatback. You would probably need to get in touch and special-request it.

      1. Previte's, Rt. 53 in Weymouth. Call and order and they will have it ready for you to pick-up.

        Get a nice fresh Italian Sub while your there.
