Flourless Chocolate Cake w/Cinnamon Whipped Cream - transporting ok?

I'm making a flourless chocolate torte (David Lebovitz's chocolate idiot cake, unless someone has a better suggestion) for my daughter's 30th birthday party tonight. Instead of a glaze, was thinking of making a cinnamon whipped cream to serve on it with fresh berries. My question is, if I make the whipped cream right before heading out to meet up with everyone, will it hold in a separate container well for a few hours?

    1. It should hold up if kept cold, if it does start to fall it just takes a moment or two of whisking to revive.

        It should be able to stay cold.... if I do need to whisk, will a manual whisk work?

          Of course, Whipped Cream existed before electric appliances.
          When I was training we had to do everything by hand at least once.

                whipped super stiff and kept cold it will hold for hours.
