Vegas eats for a light appetite?

First we are not big budget diners.

Second we will be traveling with Mum and she has a small appetite.

Third, Mum is not an adventurous diner. Nothing too spicy please.

Four we are staying at the Wynn.

Mum is more of a grazer, stopping for a small bite to eat every 3 hours or so. The sight plates piled high with food turns her right off. We get one free buffet each with our room, but will go off peak.

Last year she did enjoy Mon Amie Gabi for dinner. That is about our budget level.

Is it possible to just get toast and coffee for breakfast anywhere? Or a small not super sized muffin for a snack?

We will not have a car, but if there is somewhere we could buy fruit and maybe yogurt for snacks she would be happy.

Any suggestions for a light eating budget conscious traveller?

Across the Strip from the Wynn is the Fashion Show Mall....overlooking the Strip is the Capital Grille.....lovely restaurant with excellent service and fabulous salads....Perfect spot for a Mum to be treated well...
