Looking for melawech

Can you recommend a fine melawech? It's been years, but I used to dine regularly on the fine pies of Magic Carpet in Los Angeles's Pico-Robertson. Surely New York has something nearly as good.

      Thank you, mom. But mozzarella on melawech is simply wrong.

          Miriam in Park Slope serves it during brunch - but they refer to it as "mediterranean crispy dough"

          In Manhattan, Orlin and Hooms Asli serve it.
