I use Fresh and Easy and also Trader Joes natural chicken.

Yeah, our 99 Ranch now carries Jidori. One of the only chicken I will pay a premium for.

Also Marukai carries Shelton's which is damn tasty.

Which 99? If you don't mind? I find the "poorer" 99's don't have whole, only quartered/butchered, etc.

            Chino Hills

Also, the Super H Mart in Diamond Bar carries both Jidori and Shelton's.

      2. Just avoid Foster Farm's & Zachy Farms, owned by the Zachy family, as well as any from the large factory farms in Arkansas, where walmart and ralphs get theirs, as but two examples.
Free Range is a good word to look for on the labeling. The word natural says nothing, and even free range can have more than one meaning, depending on....
The usual suspects at the higher end of the retail spectrum will be better bets. Costco only carries Foster Farms, for example.

Our Costco carries Coleman which is very good.

        2. I like Mary's Free Range chicken, available at Whole Foods and Bristol Farms:

          1. I buy our chicken from Sprouts.
