HANA World Market Food Court
Up and operating with some very tasty Pho.
I had lunch at 123 Noodles yesterday for the first time. I had a #3 dry which is transparent rice noodles, sprouts, assorted meats, shrimp, and quail eggs. They serve the soup broth on the side and i proffered it soupy over dry. I was not blown away. I would rate it a B. The shrimp spring rolls were lackluster C.
The Korean place (cash only) had a much more diverse menu and some very intriguing choices. They had a larger crowd too. I want to try them next time.
Mike Sutter of Fed Man Walking reviewed these during his ramen series--but as with with all his reviews it is near impossible to figure out what he thinks of Aaron dish or place beneath the overly flowery prose.
Trying to find more info info about it, I see on their facebook page the food court opened February 28th. And they show an illegible picture of a Korean menu with about 30 dishes.
And they have pho... what else? Any other Vietnamese foods? Any other cuisines?
I like the more extensive 99 Ranch food courts. They had counters for 6-8 cuisines (including a bakery and a drink bar).
