Leftover Gumbo

I made shrimp and sausage gumbo Sunday afternoon, we enjoyed it Sunday and leftovers were going to be eaten for dinner tonight. Plans got in the way and weren't able to eat it tonight and won't for the rest of the week. I say it's okay to freeze now two days later, wife thinks not. Any thoughts? ( it was cooked Sunday, and the leftovers were left to cool on the stove then put in fridge)

  1. I think shrimp suffers from being reheated so I'd pull those out and have a little snack on them. Then freeze the rest.
