Nonna Lucias in Watertown a nice surprise

I don't want to go overboard with gushing praise, but this unassuming place delivered when we thought we would have to settle for a mediocre lunch in Watertown, CT.
First, the service was quite good. We wanted to change tables; no problem. Wife wanted a different salad dressing; no problem. We received quick and professional service, during the noon hour on a work day, when there were quite a few people that the one woman was waiting on.
Second, the wine selection, though modest, provided two different, good reds by the glass.
Third, the food was good! I had eggplant Parmesan, the wife had a grilled chicken feta salad, and we shared a sausage, potato, pepper and broccoli raab appetizer. They all met or exceeded our expectations.
Three glasses of wine later the meal came to $56...
