A friend gave me 4 pounds of fresh guavas. What can I do with them? Any ideas welcome! Thank you.
Jams, bbq sauce or glazes for meats & cakes or used in cocktails (vodka, tequila, gin, etc)
I have a guava tree, and truth be told, 4 pounds isn't that much.
If you have 2 a day (depending on size), they'll be gone in about a week, probably less.
That said, if you do not want to eat them au natural, use them in a guava tart.
