Iso really good Fettucini Alfredo in Brooklyn

Miri1 Oct 14, 2013 03:06 PM

I had my first taste of this sinful dish at a sall Boro Park cafe the other day. I'm not a big pasta fan, other than the occasional mac and cheese, but I was craving creamy comfirt food and that fit the bill.

Now, a week later, I'm thinking I want to try ut again, but a different one. The one I had, from Kaff Kafe, on 16th ave was very good. In fact it was great cold, too. But I want to expand. So, who has the best? Or, at least close to it?

FYI the original recipe contains no cream, just noodles, butter and Parmesan cheese. Google alfredos of rome fettuccini alfredo.

I tried it from Spoons last night, in Boro Park, because it was convenient. Nothing to write home about. I tried my sister's gnochi with alfredo sauce and found it to be much more flavorful.

Will try Va Bene when I can...
