Tacos Punta Cabras at Sunday Mar Vista Farmers Market

I visited the Mar Vista FM today for the first time in a while. I had to do a double-take when I saw a sign in the middle of Grand View by Pacific Ave with the words, "Tacos Punta Cabras" on it with an arrow pointing at the adjacent stand.

The stand is currently offering only tacos (fish, shrimp and tofu) for $3.50 per. I had the fish and shrimp - the quality seemed to be on par with their cafe, but the tacos seemed larger than I recall.

I didn't ask for any details in regards to their status there or if they plan to expand there menu in the near future. I do know I will be regularly hitting them up since parking at this FM is a heck of a lot easier than at their eatery.

I guess you could go back to your car and chug down a few there.

That's one of the absolute and unqualified beauties of the joint.

The only thing you'll get chastised for at TPC, is not putting your name on your order! :)

                    That's very very true.

You'll also get chastised (rather loudly) for accidentally taking someone else's order. The food's lovely, but one of the guys behind the counter (co-owner?) seems to be rather brusque at baseline....

Not my experience in numerous visits

            2. Do you know if they have gluten-free options at this location too? Thanks.
