Blue Mesa Grill is pretty good southwestern. Though I've never been, DH says Pete's has a pretty good diner type breakfast. I like Kampai in Addison circle for sushi. Clay Pit on Beltline has pretty good Indian. The Londoner on Midway is a good place to relax for a beer. If you head a little further up the Tollway into Plano, you will enter steakville: Bob's, III Forks, Smith and Wolensky... I like Sullivan's myself, but other's may disagree. If you're lucky you won't get the youngish know-it-all blabbermouth guy for a waiter, but the older lady might screw up your order or your bill. Once you get past the help, the food is really good.
