I think their paella is really good but I am not an expert on paella. The seafood is fresh, and not overcooked, I can say those two things with certainty. There was a tasting table review a while ago I believe.
I've had their paella at OTG/Ft. Mason and SoMa StrEat Food events. It's very good.
I've had the paella at Oakland's Eat Real festival. Very good rice texture, but there's no soccarat which is my favorite part of eating paella.
