Late night snacks/drinks in Concord?

Chris VR Oct 8, 2013 09:53 AM

I know the chow scene is a bit sparse here, but I'm finding myself spending some late nights in Concord over the next 2 months, and looking for a place that's open after 10pm for snacks and drinks. I know about Main Streets Cafe, although haven't been there yet, anything to recommend? Any other options?

Acton Jazz Cafe is not too far...

Paparazzi on Elm St. has a bar menu that goes late.

Main Street is a popular option - the Colonial Inn is also open relatively late, as is the bar at Chang An (the food is nothing special, but Concord is short on bars so...)

Hopefully soon enough, Bondir will be a wonderful option for you.

Chang An is open late? Their site isn't much help, but Google lists these hours:

          Hours:
          Monday 11:30 am – 9:30 pm
          Tuesday 11:30 am – 9:30 pm
          Wednesday 11:30 am – 9:30 pm
          Thursday 11:30 am – 9:30 pm
          Friday 11:30 am – 10:30 pm
          Saturday 11:30 am – 10:30 pm
          Sunday 11:30 am – 9:30 pm

Not sure where Google is getting the hours from but if right, it probably won't work for us... I suspect we're not going to be able to be anywhere before 10:30 at the absolute earliest.

Serafina seems to be open to midnight, a bit unclear on Colonial Inn's hours but will call. Thanks for the suggestions!

80 Thoreau is open until 11:30 on Friday and Sat and they have a small bar.

Anyone know when Bondir is opening?

I have lived here for 43 years. The town basically shuts down at 7:00 p.m. Late night means going to Maynard or Acton. Even then, there are not too many choices. Maynard- China Ruby. Acton- Makaha, Acton Jazz Café, Crossroads Café.
